Purpose: The main purpose of this research was to study the challenges, opportunities and solutions of the championship sports for Iranian women. Method: The research method was mixed, and different methods were applied to serve the purpose of this research. The research sample was selected from the main population (N=172) following Morgan’ s sample size determination (118). Open and closed questionnaires were used to measure the effect of each of the challenges and opportunities with a Likert's five-item scale. Results: The findings showed that 9 opportunities and 19 challenges exist regarding Iranian women’ s championship sports. Conclusions: Though investigations of women’ s sports in internal and external fields show progress in Iranian women’ s sports, they do not show any desirable growth compared to male sports, which is due to social restrictions and other factors.

The purpose of this study was to provide a model for supporting elite female athletes in championship sports. To achieve the research aim, 200 people answered the questionnaires using purposive sampling method. The researcher-developed questionnaire was prepared through studying the theoretical background, semi-guided interviews with sports management professors and elite female athletes through an exploratory process, and exploratory factor analysis was used to categorize the 46 items into nine factors. The extracted constructs were found to be both valid and reliable based on confirmatory factor analysis by LISREL software and Cronbach's alpha. Results of the study indicated that the present questionnaire was a suitable tool to assess the support for elite female athletes. Besides, the final research model indicated that financial support was the first priority from the respondents’ perspective while government support was the last priority according to them. Moreover, all the fitness indices of the model for supporting elite female athletes and its aspects had good fitness which confirmed the model. Based on the results of the present study, it is suggested that the research model and the priority of its factors be considered for policy-making in the field of women's championship sports.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to Providing a Conceptual Analysis Framework for Sustainability of championship sports.Methodology: This research was carried out using qualitative method with semi-structured interviews with 16 people including professors and experts who were selected by purposeful sampling. The data collection method was a study of previous research and open interviews. To examine the face and content validity, the research findings were presented to the participants, and the study's text was studied and their point of view was applied. In order to assess credibility, transferability and verifiability, the research findings were presented to the participants, and the text of the theory was studied by them and their point of view was applied. The method used for reliability was an intra-subject agreement method. The average agreement within the subject was 0.88. Based on the findings, the number of open-source codes is 64, which is categorized in the form of 21 concepts.Results: Total concepts included nine major indicators with social and cultural factors, talent management, organizational factors, infrastructure, control and supervision, knowledge and information, research and development, support and support systems, and productivity.Conclusion: In the end, it should be pointed out that in order to achieve the development of the championship sports based on the alignment of the land, we should pay attention to various indicators and plan the development of sports championship based on the alignment of the land.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a model of gender equality in Iranian sports (with emphasis on championship and professional sports). Methodology: The present research method was qualitative with grounded theory approach (data theory). Data collection was done by reviewing the theoretical foundations and research backgrounds and semi-structured interviews with 11 knowledgeable experts. The statistical population included faculty members of sports science and sociology, female athletes and coaches active at the championship and professional levels, directors of the Ministry of sports and Youth, the National Olympic Committee, sports federations, and provincial and city sports delegations. Sampling was performed theoretically and after 11 interviews, the resulting theoretical saturation and model framework were formed. The validity of this study was reviewed and confirmed by the researcher and the interviewees. In order to measure the quality of the coding, the agreement method between the two coders based on Cohen's kappa coefficient (0.79) was used. Data analysis was performed using three steps of open, axial and selective coding. Results: In the causal conditions section, 3 central categories (justice and equality, egalitarian movements, fundamental intellectual developments), background conditions, 4 central categories (regulatory approaches, cognitive approaches, normative approaches, value approaches), interventionist conditions, 6 categories Axis (injustice and discrimination, religious stagnation, sexism, flawed governance structures, historical and traditional stances, marginalization), strategies 4 central categories (structural strategies, organizational strategies, support strategies, executive strategies), and in the consequences section 3 The central category (individual consequences, organizational consequences, socio-cultural consequences) was extracted. Conclusion: Gender perspective should be removed from sports with respect to central justice and the belief in the ability of women in sports should be institutionalized. In this regard, governance, politics, laws and regulations, religion, management and education systems and the media can be the basis for this. Also, benefiting from the influence of political and religious institutions, supporting international institutions, increasing financial resources and civil struggles are all among the appropriate strategies for achieving gender equality in sports.

The study is to develop a strategic model for the development of Iranian championship sports bases. The statistical population of the research consisted of managers and experts of 31 championship Sport Bases in the country, physical education professors and sport experts about 154 persons. 20 elite sport experts were chosen to qualitative samples purposefully and 134 persons to quantitative sample by counting method. The data collecting method was combined. The Delphi technique was used to identify the SWOT championship Sport Bases at first. Then self-made questionnaires likert 5-point range was designed. Its face validity was confirmed by 5 professors of sports management. The validity of the content was evaluated by the method of relative content validity coefficient (CVR) and its construct validity was studied using confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained through Cronbach's alpha test of 0/88. While using descriptive statistics, in inferential statistics section, SWOT analysis was used to determine the status of centers and one-sample T-test was used to analyze the data. The Friedman test method was used to rank the factors of the strategic plan and the Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to prioritize the strategies (with AHP MASTER and SPSS softwares). Findings showed that according to the identification of environmental factors and strategic analysis of SWOT, the country's championship sports bases are located in the ST strategy position and it would be used a diversity and competitive strategy in its development. Therefore, formulating and implementing a strategic plan, implementing a comprehensive talent identification system, empowering the private sector and equipping and standardizing the bases are the most important strategies proposed in this study.

The purpose of this study was Strategic analysis of women's championship sports of Hamedan province with SWOT technique. The statistical sample of this research was (N=110, 38 male and 72 female) including coaches, referees, officials of the sports board, physical education professors, Women's sports heroes and sport managers that were selected by Purposive sampling. Reviews of literature and documents, interviews, surveys and strategic meetings were used to for collecting the data. An internal and external factor questionnaire and forms for determining strategic issues were used to survey. Its validity was confirmed by several professors and specialists, and its reliability verified according to Cranach’s alpha method (a=0.946). For analyzing data, descriptive statistics, Friedman test, Internal and External factor matrixes, SWOT analyzing based on intuition and brainstorming were used to strategies developing. Using Delphi method, meeting, and several strategic analysis steps, 13 strengths, 21 weaknesses, 13 opportunities and 13 threats were recognized and approved. Afterwards, based strategic analysis 8 strategies in frame of 46 main plans have been presented. Evaluation of strategic situation of women's championship sports of Hamedan province showed that internal factors were in weakness area and external factors were in opportunities area.

The success of the country's sport in international competitions is influenced by several factors. Recognition the factors affecting the success of sport can be effective in sport development. The purpose of this study was to measure the process of scientific outputs impact in subject area of physical education and sport sciences on sports championship in four periods of 4 years. Scientific data of four time periods have been extracted from web of science and Olympic data from Olympic games website. To evaluate this survey, four indicators were considered: number of productive degrees, number of active sport organizations, number of researchers and number of medals won in the Olympic Games. Then, correlation between these indicators was calculated, using SPSS software version 21. The results showed that correlation coefficient between indicators was from 0. 45 to 0. 75 in all time periods; which indicates that there is significant correlation between the number of received medals and the other three indicators. In general, it can be concluded that over time, the correlation coefficient has grown in all variables, which means that the role of scientific outputs has become more important in development of sports championship.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the social factors affecting the development of championship sport in Semnan province. This research is practical based on the purpose. The methodological approach to the issue is quantitative and the survey method. Sport teachers, sports experts (with a sports degree), sports veterans (with a history of national and international championships) and heads of sports boards in Semnan province have been considered as the statistical population of the study. To calculate the sample size, Morgan's table was used, and the statistical sample of 212 people was obtained. Using the literature and research background, a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared. In order to determine the face and content validity of the questionnaire and the accuracy of the questions, the questionnaire was distributed among 15 experts and specialists in sport management (professors of public, Azad and Payam Noor universities as well as phd. students). SPSS software was used to analyze the data to summarize and classify the raw data. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the media factor and the development of championship sport and also the media factor is effective on the development of championship sport in Semnan province. There is a significant positive relationship between the quality-of-life factor and the development of championship sport and also the quality-of-life factor is effective on the development of championship sport in Semnan province. There is a significant positive relationship between social resilience and the development of championship sport, and also the social resilience factor is effective on the development of championship sport in Semnan province. The administrative limitations and lack of cooperation of some of the research samples and their inattention to completing the questionnaire can be considered as the difficulty of the task

The statistical population of this study includes 42 women champions who were included in the list of people sent to the 2012 and 2016 World Olympic and Paralympic Games. Findings: The results showed that there are two factors including deterrents and reinforcing which affected Women's championship sports. Deterrents include: lack of material and moral support of government officials, gender discrimination, lack of club facilities, infrastructure restrictions, patriarchal culture, lack of rewards,and reinforcing factors include: self-confidence, family support, perseverance, high motivation, coach support, teamwork, professional ethics and women's sports culture. It can be concluded that in order to develop women's championship sports in the country, we should focus on the categories extracted from this research to use them as mechanisms for the development of women's championship sports.
